Fit-outs, building services and maintenance
Commercial.
Retail, hospitality and commercial buildings. Fit-out and refurbishment work delivered inside a shopfitter's or head contractor's programme, and the services that keep an occupied building running.
Scope
Commercial work.
Electrical and mechanical work on retail, hospitality and commercial buildings — new fit-outs, refurbishments, and alterations to buildings already in use. Direct to owners and tenants, or as a trade under a shopfitter or head contractor.
Fit-out work runs to an opening date, so that's what it gets planned against. Rough-in front-loaded so the linings can close, fit-off staged around the other trades, and variations priced as they come up.
On buildings already occupied the constraint is usually that the doors stay open. Staged work, after-hours access and planned maintenance are normal here rather than a special arrangement.
Commercial rooftop solar is part of the offer — sized against how the building is used, and tied into the existing switchboard as part of the same job.
