Plant, process and production sites

Industrial.

Manufacturing and process plant, machinery and the services around it. Installation and upgrade work planned against production, and the fault finding and repair that comes in between.

Scope

Industrial work.

Manufacturing, processing and production sites — machine installation, plant upgrades and relocations, motors, drives and control systems, and the mechanical services that go with them.

Work is planned around production rather than the other way round. Shutdowns get scoped against the window available, and jobs that have to happen live get sequenced so the plant either side keeps running.

Fault finding and repair is part of it. So is the awkward end — plant with no drawings, undocumented modifications and parts that are no longer made. Where a replacement can't be bought it can often be made in our workshop.
